"La Villa des Pêcheurs" is located on the shores of Lake Annecy, with unique access to Saint-Jorioz's local port. The beach and water sports activities are located few steps away from the Villa.
All you have to do is walk along the crystal-clear waters to reach the dedicated areas for swimming and discover the beach.
"La Villa des Pêcheurs" property is composed as follows :

Snowshoeing: Note that this activity can be done independently by following the hiking trails.
For the calmer ones, know that the immersive characteristic of snowshoeing will reveal to you a world of silence and nature, out of time, which is purely and simply inaccessible to a skier. In short, the ideal atmosphere to capture your best shots of Nordic landscapes.
Ski touring, Cross-country skiing, a good compromise between skiing and hiking, Sledding, Contemplative walking. A Nordic area in the heart of nature!

- Circuit des 3 Lacs (6 km): This trail is located in the Plateau's Nordic sector, at the top of the resort. It is accessible from the restaurant du Courant d'Ere.

About Saint-Jorioz....
The village of Saint-Jorioz enjoys a privileged location on the shores of Lake Annecy: criss-crossed by the cycle path, it stretches over the heights to the beginnings of the Bauges massif.
It's certainly because of this popular location that it's the most densely populated village on the shores of the lake, with plenty of sunshine and all the shops and services you need: supermarkets, banks, restaurants, chemists, bakeries, delicatessens, not forgetting a large number of medical and paramedical professions.
There are plenty of activities on offer in both winter and summer: sailing, tennis, rollerblading, badminton, beach tennis, hiking, cycle touring, etc., as well as a sports centre with state-of-the-art balneotherapy facilities, etc.
In winter, the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand are just 40 minutes away. The family resort of Le Semnoz is just 20 minutes away.
