Wonderfull and modern 4 bedroom house, situated near the lake in a very calme surrounding.
The house is tastefully decorated and offers a gas chimney in the spacious living room.
115 square meters separated in 2 levels, can welcome up to 8 people in the 4 different rooms.
The 800 sq.m landscaped garden is enclosed and surrounds the house the house disposes an joint garage. It is situated only 200m away from the lake annecy and 400m from the village center. The cycling path which goes around the lake is only a few meters away.
This house is located next to the Maison du PORT also meant for holiday rental. Both properties can be rent at the same time for a total capacity of 16 persons.

About Saint-Jorioz...
The village Saint-Jorioz has a privilege situation on the edge of the lake annecy.
Its spread from the lake side till the presages of the massif range Les Bauges. You will also find drugstores, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries and caterers.
The village offers plenty of activities during the summer and the winter season as sailing, tennis, rollerblade, badminton beach tennis, hiking, cycling but also a sport center proposing balneotherapy with high standing equipments.
During the winter season the famous ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand are only 40 minutes away and the family ski station Le Semnoz only 20 minutes.
The village and its surrounding are a perfect place to spend your holidays.
