Beautiful 3 bedroom house with garden near the Annecy lake This beautiful house of 100m² with a nice garden can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the floor you have a large and bright living space. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the dining room. The living room has comfortable sofas and a television.
From the living room you have access to a large terrace with a table and chairs ideal for outdoor dining. The enclosed garden is completely surrounded by trees and offers a quiet and sunny space ideal for beautiful summer days.
You have a staircase that allows you to reach a half floor where you have a large shower room with a bathtub. Then you have two bedrooms with plenty of storage space. One with a double bed and the second with two single beds. A separate toilet is also on these levels. Going up another half floor you arrive in the last room with a double bed.
This house is ideally located at 5 minutes drive from Lake Annecy. A cycle track allows you to reach the beach by bike or on foot (2,5km). You are also close to the reserve of the end of the lake.
