Welcome to Doussard!
Quietly located, a few hundred meters from the lake, discover a modern terraced house with garden.
Ideal for 8 people, this fully equipped house is perfect for your family vacation on the shores of Lake Annecy.
You will reach the municipal beach of Doussard in 2/3 minutes by car, and the beach of Angon in 5 minutes.
Close to the end of the lake nature reserve for your digestive walks!
The cycle path is also a few hundred meters away.
Housing :
The ground floor includes the living room, open to a large fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, separate toilet and a small garage ideal for storing your bikes or a small car.
Upstairs you will find the 4 bedrooms, all equipped with 160cm beds and storage space. (one of them has its own shower room), separate toilet and bathroom.
You can park two cars in front of the house, a shared parking lot is also 100m from the house.
Television and high-speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Non-smoking accommodation, pets are not allowed
Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.
After 9 p.m., if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be requested.
If accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you the day before your arrival.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be permitted if the accommodation is not taken back the same evening.
