Located by the water and two minutes walk from the historic center of Duingt and all its shops.
Discover an atypical duplex apartment overlooking lake and mountains in a residence with private beach!
Ideal for 4 people, it consists of two bedrooms, two separate toilets on the ground floor and upstairs, a bathroom with shower and bath, a large terrace with views of lake and mountains, and an equipped kitchen overlooking a large living room/living room.
The room is equipped with a double bed 160x200cm (Queen Size). The second room can be made in two single beds or a double bed of 180x200 (King Size). The rooms are equipped with large storage.
The apartment is equipped with a large TV, Wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The accommodation is on the 1st floor with elevator.
🅿️ A parking space is included with the reservation.
Attention: the accommodation is on the road although facing the lake, some nuisances can take place from the terrace. The interior of the apartment is well insulated.
Close to shops, restaurants, bus and bike path you can leave the car in the parking lot of the condominium and explore the old village of Duingt on foot.
Also called «the pearl of the lake», Duingt is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a setting of mountains.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
