Discover a beautiful duplex apartment in a renovated building with a private beach!
Ideal for 6 people, it consists of three bedrooms, separate toilets on the ground floor and upstairs, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, a large terrace on the lake with a great view of the mountains, and an equipped kitchen overlooking a large living room/living room.
You can enter the lake directly from the terrace!

The room is equipped with a double bed 160x200cm, with a bay window overlooking the lake and the mountains, enjoy a spectacular view as soon as you wake up! The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x200cm, the third has 2 single beds 80x200cm, ideal for children. All rooms are equipped with storage for your personal belongings.
High-speed TV and Wifi, equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine (filter and capsule).
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.

Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor.

The restaurants and shops are within walking distance, you can move without a car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium parking.

Duingt, also called «the pearl of the lake», is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a setting of mountains. Visit its old village, admire its two castles and enjoy its beaches!
