You will be surprised to find such a 48m2 4-star apartment by pushing the modern door of this building in the city center of Annecy. Follow the staircase.
The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the building and can comfortably accommodate 4 people (double bed in the master bedroom and sofa bed in the living room). It has been completely refurbished by the owner and furnished by an interior designer to create a warm and contemporary blend with a peaceful interior.
The sunny kitchen has views of the mountains, the living room opens onto a quiet street where you can relax in front of the television.
The cozy atmosphere of the living room allows you to relax before visiting Annecy. The master bedroom is equipped with a dressing room.
The apartment is well insulated from noise and is equipped with an integrated system for TV, music, films, telephone and wifi.
Reservations are made for a maximum capacity of 4 people plus a baby from 0 to 3 years old. (sheets for the baby bed are not provided)
This apartment is strictly non-smoking.
