This apartment in a luxury residence can accommodate up to 2 people.

The bedroom is equipped with a 180x200cm bed and a shower room. It is also equipped with a connected TV.

You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, air conditioning and all you need for a pleasant stay, including a coffee machine, a fireplace, ...

Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided for your stay.

Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 15-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
