A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as everything necessary for cooking and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The historic centre of Annecy, its pedestrian streets, the castle, the old prison, restaurants and shops are a 5-minute walk from the apartment. You will have the pleasure of finding the market all year round every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday from 7am to 1pm.

The lake and its beaches are easily accessible by bike (10 min by bike or 20 min on foot).
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Close to the train station (10 minutes walk) and the motorway access (5 minutes by car).

The nearest ski resorts are
+ Semnoz at 25 min,
+ La Clusaz/Manigod at 40 min,
+ The Grand Bornand at 40 min.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
