The apartment is quietly located in a parallel street on the shores of Lake Annecy, a 10-minute walk from the Imperial Palace and the shops of "Albigny". Only 10 min walk from the Old Town of Annecy

The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed 140x200cm (Double).
The living room offers a 140x200 cm (Double) sofa bed as well as a television and the dining table.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high speed WiFi.
Outside, the garden will allow you to enjoy sunny days!
Bed linen & towels will be provided for your stay.

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can walk around during your stay and left the car in the garage
Bike rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake)

Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Beyond 9 p.m., if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of € 20 will be requested.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not booked the same evening.
