Located in the centre of Annecy, opposite the Courrier shopping centre, a stone’s throw from Lake Annecy, the Bonlieu theatre, a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to all shops.
Discover a brand new apartment, ideal for 4 people, 1 bathroom with separate toilet.

Each room is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm of hotel quality.
The apartment was completely renovated in June 2019.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, linen will be provided for your stay.
Free high-speed WiFi access.

The accommodation is on the 5th floor with elevator.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

🅿️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. The nearest parking lot is the parking lot of Bonlieu.

Breakfast delivery possible from 9,90€ / person/ day.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
