Located at 100m from Lake Annecy, Avenue du Tresum, opposite the swimming pool of marquisats, its Beach, its direct access to the bike path and the gates of the old town.
Discover a new apartment in a luxury residence with a terrace offering stunning views on the lake and mountains.
Ideal for 4 to 5 people, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, separate toilet and a large living room with open kitchen. Motion sensors, connected to an alarm system, are present but are in no case surveillance cameras.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor WITH ELEVATOR .
The room is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (King Size) and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom offers up to 3 beds (2 single beds and a trundle bed).
The apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and a TV with international channels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with rotary heat oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The bathroom has a washing machine.
Linen will of course be provided for your stay.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move without a car during your stay and leave your vehicle in the garage located in the basement of the building .
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path goes all around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
