At the heart of the Bauges Massif and on the shores of Lake Annecy, Lathuile is a town nestled at the foot of the Taillefer mountain. Peace, country and tranquility characterize the village, which remains an ideal place for summer holidays with all the water activities in the lake, cycling on the bike path that connects Annecy and Albertville, hiking in the surrounding alpine pastures, discovering the terroir, paragliding, canyoning, etc. in winter the family resorts of Montmin and Sambuy also welcome you for a holiday in the snow.

The cottage: At the gates of the Bauges Regional Natural Park and in the immediate vicinity of the beaches of Bout du Lac d'Annecy, cottage on the garden level of the owners' house. Beautiful environment, completely closed property.
The cottage is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
