The single-storey accommodation is composed as follows:

We can provide you with a free BB cot and a high chair on request. Linen for this bed is optional.

The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the port of Sevrier near many sports activities: sailing club, kayaking, tennis, scuba diving, rowing, bike path, pedal boat rentals, boats,...

Close to many shops (bakery, supermarket, delicatessen, post office, bank, pharmacy...). Many restaurants as well (Oasis and Bodega in the summer time; Black Bass, Sens'o...)

It's ideally located between the center of Sevrier and the center of Annecy and is in the heart of all activities...
You will be able to go to your various activities or to the lake, in only one blow of pedal thanks to the cycle track located at the foot of the apartment.
You will cycle or walk along the lake shore leading you to the majestic and famous Old Town of Annecy, you will be able to stroll along its cobbled streets, its winding canals and its pastel colored houses without worrying about your car.
To sum up, as you have understood... you will stay between the Crystal Waters (Sevrier) and the "Venise des Alpes" (Annecy).

"Sevrier is a human-sized town at the gates of Annecy and its agglomeration. Nestled between the pure waters of the lake and the green slopes of the Semnoz, Sevrier offers a real range of pleasures: water sports with the numerous water sports activities (the beach and the recently redeveloped port area), cycling pleasures with the cycle path and the climbs to the Col de Leschaux and to the Semnoz, cultural pleasures with the discovery of the Lake Annecy Ecomuseum and the Paccard Museum.

As for water sports, in 2013 the city was awarded the "France Station Nautique" label (extract from the Annecy Tourism website).

Circuit des 3 Lacs (6 km) This trail is located on the Nordic sector of the Plateau, at the top of the resort. It is accessible from the Courant d'Ere restaurant.
