You will reach the lake and the municipal beach in less than 5 minutes on foot! The same goes for businesses located within a 400m radius.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. You can travel without a car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium parking lot (no private space).
Sévrier is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting. Enjoy its mountains, its port and its beaches! The beautiful city of Annecy is just 4 kilometers away.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. After 9 p.m., if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be requested.
If accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day. Likewise, on the day of your departure, a late departure will be permitted if the accommodation is not taken back the same evening.
