Welcome to Duingt, the pearl of the lake!

Discover a magnificent triplex in a traditional Savoyard building, completely renovated, at the entrance of the medieval village of Duingt.
Located one minute walk from the shops, the bike path and the castle beach, this apartment enjoys an exceptional location for a great family holiday!

The ground floor consists of a large vestibule, a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, a laundry room, and a living room overlooking the terrace. The living room is equipped with a TV, an Xbox and a table football!
On the floor you will find the three bedrooms (which all have a double bed 160x200cm (Queen Size) and storage space) and a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Two of these rooms have a lake view.
Finally, on the top floor is a very large living room under the roofs with exposed old frame, including a fully equipped open kitchen, a lounge area, an office area and a dining area.
The apartment also has Wifi, washing machine, dryer, coffee machines (filter and capsules), dishwasher, raclette machine, etc.

Linen will be provided for your stay.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor.

🅿️ The nearest car park is the Church car park located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation and which is free.

Destination paradise in summer and very attractive in winter also thanks to the proximity of the
ski resorts :
-Le Semnoz at 30 minutes
-La Clusaz and Grand Bornand at one o'clock
-Seythenex and Sambuy 30 minutes
-Courchevel at 1h20

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
Similarly for your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the apartment is not
not repeated the same evening.
