Magnificent 35 square meter studio located in Annecy.
ArrayIt opens onto a balcony with no vis-à-vis and a magnificent mountain view and can accommodate up to 4 people.
You will love its peaceful location, close to all amenities and the historic center of Annecy.

Located on the 3rd and last floor without elevator of a small residence, it offers all the necessary comfort and includes a spacious living room composed of a sleeping area with a double bed, a relaxation area with a convertible sofa, a removable work space with a large table and a chest of drawers, a perfectly arranged and equipped kitchen if you wish to prepare your meals (Hotplates, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Toaster, Microwave, Kettle, etc.) and a bathroom with toilet which is functional and well isolated from the living space.
The following amenities will be at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Electric shutters, Hair dryer, Storage spaces, Shampoo/shower gel/soap kit per person, Iron.
The bathroom heating and towel warmers are linked to the central heating system and therefore operate throughout the period from November to mid-April.
Sheets and towels are not included in the cleaning fee, but can be provided at an additional cost.
There is a parking lot at the foot of the building, but there is no guarantee of a space. Other parking options are available in the immediate vicinity.
The beach, the cycle path, and water sports rental shops are all in the immediate vicinity of the studio.
This accommodation does not have a key box; we allow check-ins until 10 p.m. After this time, regardless of the reason, no keys will be handed over.
