Recently renovated, this 13m² studio with a mezzanine bedroom has been redesigned for comfort and optimized space. Ideal for one to two people, it is located close to all amenities and iconic landmarks of the city. Are you bringing your own bikes or looking to rent some? A secure shared bike storage area is available in the building!
This 13m² studio is located on the 4th floor with elevator. It has a lounge area with armchairs and a desk for working. Plenty of storage is available, including space to store your cabin suitcases. The kitchen is fully equipped, the table has been designed to be retracted and the seats stowed away to keep the space free. The rain shower and toilet are at the back, separate and on either side of the window that overlooks an interior courtyard, not overlooked. The mezzanine bedroom has a double bed and storage for added comfort. The underfloor heating and wood present reinforce this comfort and the warm appeal of the studio.
Access to the mezzanine is not suitable for children, the elderly or people with physical disabilities.
People measuring 1.85m and over will have to bend down when in the kitchen area.

Annecy is an Alpine town located in southeastern France. It is where Lake Annecy flows into the Thiou River. It is renowned for its old town with its cobbled streets, winding canals, and pastel-colored houses. Overlooking the town, the medieval Château d'Annecy, the former residence of the Counts of Geneva, houses a museum displaying regional artifacts, such as Alpine furniture and religious works, as well as a natural history exhibition.
