This 35m² apartment is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a building in the old town. It can accommodate up to 3 people, ideally located at the foot of the Thiou River, in a quiet neighborhood, a stone's throw from the train station and close to bars and restaurants. You'll love its location in the heart of Annecy.

This apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (new mattress since July 15, 2022), a bathroom, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a sofa bed. It is located on the 4th floor with no elevator.
The sofa is suitable for one person and remains comfortable for short stays.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Television, Coffee machine, Microwave.
Laundromats are located near the apartment.
Sheets and towels are not included in the cleaning fee, but can be provided at an additional cost.
The advantage of this apartment is that it's located in the old town. You'll find everything you need nearby! You'll be staying in a shopping district, but the apartment overlooks a courtyard and is therefore quiet.
Discover Annecy and all its attractions! A 10-minute walk will take you to Annecy and its historic monuments (the castle, the Palais de l'Ile, the Pont des Amours, the canals, the small shopping streets, and many more), as well as Le Paquier, the lake, and the Courier shopping center.
