Located on the 3/4th floor (and last) without elevator, this 50m² apartment is made up of a beautiful dining area with an open kitchen opening onto an adjoining balcony. You can enjoy the sun, the park and the view of the mountains.
A beautiful bedroom is located at the end of the apartment, quiet, with a double bed.
A second room will allow you to enjoy a living room, as well as its very comfortable sofa bed, to sleep two other people.

The apartment is fully equipped: air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, travel cot for the little ones, hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner.
There is a TV in every room.

The building has outdoor parking with free parking as well as visitor spaces at the entrance to the residence.



The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, with a small park at the rear of the building.
Albigny beach is very close, about 10 minutes walk from the residence, and the "salomons" and "maveria" bus stops allow you to move freely and easily around the city.

The area is full of local shops ! You can go on foot, just a few meters away, to the baker, the butcher, etc. There is even a farmers' market once a week at the end of the street.




The apartment is located approximately 1 hour 20 minutes from Lyon Saint Exupéry airport, 50 minutes from Geneva airport, 1 hour 30 minutes from Grenoble airport and 40 minutes from Chambéry airport.
Annecy train station is very close, just 15 minutes by bus.



We remain available by email, text and telephone throughout your stay.




We provide sheets and towels and your beds are always made for your arrival ;)
You will also find a small welcome basket with something to start your stay: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper... for a smooth arrival.
Our animal friends are not accepted in this apartment.

COVID-19: In order not to put anyone at unnecessary risk, arrivals and departures will be managed with a key box for the moment. Cleaning is managed by a professional team who ensures the disinfection of the apartment.
