## The apartment

This pretty 65m² triplex is located on the third floor without elevator.
On the ground floor, you will have access to the kitchen open to the living/dining room. On the floor there is a open bedroom with a double bed, as well as the bathroom and toilet. On the second floor, another bedroom with a double bed.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, and the apartment has a TV and internet.

## The location

The apartment is located on the main pedestrian artery of the city center.
At the foot of the building and in the surrounding streets, you will find small traders, culinary artisans, restaurants, cafes etc... The lake is at the end of the street a few minutes walk away, as is the market three times a week .
You are in the heart of the city !

## Access

Annecy train station is located 500m from the apartment (5 minutes on foot).
The apartment is located approximately 1 hour 20 minutes from Lyon Saint Exupéry airport, 50 minutes from Geneva airport, 1 hour 30 minutes from Grenoble airport and 40 minutes from Chambéry airport.

Please note: For travelers arriving by car, as the accommodation is located in the heart of the city, it does not have private parking. We advise you to park in the Post Office car park (covered and monitored) 5 minutes away on foot. (There are discounted passes for several days).

We provide sheets and towels during your stay and the beds are prepared for your arrival. A baby bed is available.
