At the foot of Le Philosophe, enjoy all that Annecy's old town has to offer: restaurants, markets, stores and activities. Take advantage of the proximity of the lake for a refreshing break, less than two minutes away on foot!

This duplex apartment is composed as follows:

An entrance hall with a corridor leading to an independent toilet with washbasin.
A living room with sofa bed, dining table and kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a storage unit. The bedroom is en suite with a bathroom featuring a single washbasin and bathtub.


Quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival.

You will receive all the essentials for your comfort (bed linen, bath towels). You'll also receive all the hygiene essentials for your arrival (soap, moisturizer, shampoo).

A deposit of 200.00 euros will be required to finalize the reservation (deposit secured by credit card imprint, not debited).


## NEIGHBORHOOD

Take advantage of all the shops in Annecy's old town. At the foot of the apartment, you'll find a tobacconist's, a pharmacy, a delicatessen, as well as all the stores and boutiques of downtown Annecy.

Take advantage of the proximity of the lake and its activities, less than 2 minutes' walk from the apartment.

NB. The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor without elevator.


## ACCESS

Access to the apartment is via a secure key box, allowing you to arrive at the time you wish, in complete autonomy.

The apartment is located in the old town of Annecy. Access is only possible on foot. Here are the nearest parking lots:
