Apartment 2 bedroom Annecy

On two levels, this very comfortable apartment can accommodate 4 people, with its double bedroom and its bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together) upstairs.

The bedroom has a 160x200 bed (King Size) and the second has two 90x180 (Single) single beds that can be joined together or not. There is an office with a dedicated workspace.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine and dryer, the toilets are in the bathroom.

⚠️ Unless otherwise specified: in France the bathroom is made up of (a shower or a bathtub), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

View over rooftops and rue du Pâquier, the 4th floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR benefits from calm in this very lively pedestrian street (bars, restaurants, shops).

Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE: no key box, welcome by a member of the team until 8 p.m. at the latest, please communicate your arrival time as soon as possible.

You can enjoy the proximity of bars and restaurants after a beautiful day at the lake or in the mountains. ; you can move around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5 minute walk away. Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake).


You benefit from a 30% discount on the total amount of your bill in four partner restaurants in the city.

The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the neighboring streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or in the paying and secure underground car park of
Bonlieu (around €11 for 24 hours).
Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., a member of the team will be present to welcome you. 20€ will be requested for late check in after 8 p.m.
Breakfast delivery the next morning between 8:30 am and 9 am, behind the door of your apartment.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken over the same evening.
The morning of your departure, please remember to put the clean dishes back in the cupboards, put your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your garbage cans in the room under the stairs of the main entrance.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
