This apartment can accommodate 4 people, with its double bedroom and its convertible sofa in the living room library unit.

The bedroom has a 140x190 bed (Double) and the living room has a built-in bed.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a Senseo coffee machine, a dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, the toilets are in the bathroom.

⚠️ Unless otherwise specified: in France the bathroom is made up of (a shower or a bathtub), the toilet is separated. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

The lake is a 5 minute walk away. Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake).


You benefit from a 30% discount on the total amount of your bill in four partner restaurants in the city, as well as discounts at rental companies (bicycle, boat, paraglider, etc.).

The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the neighboring streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or even in the paying and secure underground car park in Bonlieu (around €11 for 24 hours).
Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., independently thanks to a key box, instructions will be sent to you the day before your stay by email.

Breakfast delivery the next morning between 8:30 am and 9 am, behind the door of your apartment.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken over the same evening.
The morning of your departure, please remember to put the clean dishes back in the cupboards, put your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your garbage cans in the room under the stairs of the main entrance.
To leave your suitcases until the train leaves, we offer free luggage storage at Annecy Rent Lodge at 4 rue Saint Maurice.
