Our is very appreciated for its brightness, its spacious rooms, its large terrace, and the quality of its materials and layout.
It consists of a living room with its 2 very comfortable leather sofas, a connected TV fixed to the wall, its coffee table, its high-tech equipment including a TV decoder, a DVD player, a PS4 game console with video games.
The fully equipped designer kitchen (oven, dishwasher, extractor, microwave ...) with its central plan will allow you to cook in the best conditions.
The has three beautiful bedrooms with bedding of excellent quality. Two of them are furnished with two king size beds and large storage cupboards. Another bedroom is composed of 2 single beds, a desk, and its balcony.
The layout of the beds is modular so do not hesitate to let us know your preferences before your arrival: two double beds and two single beds (default) or a double bed and four single beds, or six single beds.
Two bathrooms are at your disposal. One with a large shower, a drawer cabinet, a washbasin and a mirror.
The second includes a large Starck bathtub, a large double vanity unit with drawers and its LED mirror.
The toilet is separate.
Quality bed linen and towels are included.
The terrace adjoining the living room, will allow you to enjoy the calm and une conciergerie. It is equipped with deckchairs, a small garden furniture, plant... Ideal for relaxing, reading, resting or sunbathing...
Free private parking is available at the foot of the apartment. You also have the possibility to park on the street in front of the building.
