The apartment is located in the heart of the old town in a historic building. You can fully enjoy the proximity of many restaurants, the lake, the city and the mountains. 3 times a week, the fruit and vegetable market is located at the bottom of the apartment!
Le Balcon Perrière is a set of 2 apartments that can be booked together or separately, on the same floor... that can accommodate a total of 8 people.
The accommodation is fully equipped: Iron, shower & shampoo gel, refrigerator and freezer, classic oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, television and wifi access.
A laundromat is a 5-minute walk away.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

The apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator.

🅿️ The nearest parking lot is the City Hall parking lot which is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳 To leave your luggage until the departure of the train we recommend the Luggage Locker “Casebook” located in the park of Bonlieu.
