Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This duplex apartment can accommodate 4 people, on the 4th floor with elevator. The elevator will take you to the 3rd floor, you will have to climb the 4th using the stairs.
The master bedroom, which is upstairs, has a 160x190 bed (Queen Size). The second with 2 single beds (trundle) is downstairs. You can enjoy a small terrace after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine/dryer...
2 bathrooms to complete this accommodation, a bath in the master bedroom, a shower in the second.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).
🅿️ Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and Sunday) or underground car parks La Poste or Bonlieu.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
