Discover the city center and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes". This apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people The bedroom has a 160x200 bed with a BULTEX mattress and box spring In the living room, a convertible sofa can accommodate 2 additional people. The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, high-speed wifi, and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, a raclette machine... bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and WC. Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor without a lift. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move around without a car throughout your stay. The lake is a 5 minute walk away. Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake). 🅿️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the neighboring streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or even in the underground car parks of the Hôtel de Ville or Sainte Claire. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person / day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the edge of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Beyond 9 p.m., if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be requested. If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day.
