This apartment can accommodate 2 people, on the ground floor with lift.

The room has a bed 140x190 and access directly to the bathroom which is equipped with a shower and toilet.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi (fiber), and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a coffee machine, a raclette machine...


Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.


🅿️ Parking is possible in the condominium parking (free placement).
You can leave the car; a bus line (N°4) takes you to the city centre.
The lake is a 15 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.

If the is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the is not picked up the same evening.
🧳 To leave your luggage until the departure of the train we recommend the Luggage Locker “Casebook” located in the park of Bonlieu.
