Located in the heart of the old town, the "Venice of the Alps", this renovated apartment offers modern comfort in a building full of history.

With a surface area of 36 sqm, this furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure building with no lift.
Decorated and arranged in a contemporary style, it has an equipped kitchen; a dining area with table and chairs; a sofa in the living room with television and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
In the bedroom: 1 double bed 160x200 (Queen).
You will feel comfortable during your stay: Flat Screen TV, Wifi, Washing machine, Microwave, Fridge, Iron, Coffee machine, Kettle, etc…
This makes it an ideal base for discovering Annecy!

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

Access is independent in order to give you complete flexibility on your arrival times, from 4 p.m. My home in will ensure the smooth running of your stay (professional cleaning, hotel quality sheets & towels)
Guests have access to all rooms of the apartment and can use all the facilities as they wish.

The apartment is located rue du Pont Morens, in the heart of the historic center of Annecy, the Venice of the Alps! The district is very lively with its shops of local and other products, its restaurants or wine bars. The market is held 3 times a week and for the lucky ones, the last Saturday of the month is the flea market! Around the corner, the lake, the hyper city center and the castle above us are just 5 minutes away.

🅿️ The closest car parks are about 400 meters from the apartment. You can park in the Sainte-Claire car park (follow P4) or in the town hall car park (follow P3).
Jetty (lake) and cycle path at 400 meters, station at 700 meters. Geneva International Airport 45 kms.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
