Discover this cozy duplex in the heart of the Old Town of Annecy.
300m from the train station, 100m from the lake, 2 minutes walk from the Castle.... it is the ideal location to discover Annecy for a few days.

The apartment consists of a large living room cut into an equipped kitchen, a living area and a sleeping area.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

A few steps up a 2nd sleeping area has been arranged to accommodate 2 additional people who will literally have the pleasure of sleeping on the roofs of Annecy.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and all necessary for cooking.
Linen will be made available upon arrival.

The entire apartment is reserved for you.
ATTENTION: the apartment is located under the roofs, on the 4th floor without elevator.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
In case of problem, an emergency line will be available from 8am to 10pm every day.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
