Apartment 1 bedroom Annecy

The apartment is composed of a living room with open kitchen, bar table where you can eat at 4 Max, a sofa bed and a television. A bedroom with double bed and wardrobe available for travelers and space for a cot if needed (specify when booking). A bathroom with bathtub sink. A separate toilet. And a balcony with table and chair. Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Access to entire accommodation. Housing on the 1st floor in a 4-storey building with elevator. Please note that there are a few steps to access the lift. Free parking closed by a barrier. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Baby cot which can be installed on request. Quiet area 5 minutes by car but the nicest thing is to reach the lake in 10 minutes on foot and enjoy the walk along the lake to reach Annecy and its legendary Old Town 20 minutes in total from the apartment. Local bakery, pharmacy, butcher/caterer/press... restaurants/bar 10 mins walk. 10 mins walk from the fabulous palace/casino of Annecy. 5 mins walk from the center of Annecy le Vieux. 15/20 mins walk from the old town of Annecy. 10 minutes from the lake on foot. Buses nearby. It is best to favor walking or renting bicycles to avoid traffic jams in high season. Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Beyond 9 p.m., if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be requested. If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken over the same evening. To leave your suitcases until the train leaves, we recommend the “Casebook” Luggage Storage located in the Parc de Bonlieu.
