Located 20m from the water on the Avenue d'Albigny, the Matignon apartment is a real cocoon for your stay in Annecy.
Completely renovated in July 2019, the apartment is ideal for 4 people and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Carefully decorated by an interior designer, the apartment is fully air conditioned and has two balconies: the side living room overlooking the lake, the second side kitchen.
It has 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom with a large storage and a TV.
The spacious living room is also equipped with a TV and opens to a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high speed WiFi.
Bed Linen and towels will be provided for your stay.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
