Apartment completely renovated with quality materials (real cement paving, high Savoyard chestnut parquet) located on the 6th floor. This consists of an equipped kitchen (induction hob, hood, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave oven), a living room with a sofa bed with a real box spring and a real 140*190 mattress (unfolds easily). It has: - a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed opening onto a veranda. Storage available in the apartment. And finally a charming veranda is accessible from the bedroom. Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person / day. The apartment is 400 m from the train station and the bus station from where buses depart for La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand in winter as well as shuttles for Geneva and Lyon airports. The Courier car park (paying) is 150 m away. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move around without a car throughout your stay. The lake is a 5 minute walk away. Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake). Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the edge of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Beyond 9 p.m., if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be requested. If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken over the same evening. To leave your suitcases until the train leaves, we recommend the “Casebook” Luggage Storage located in the Parc de Bonlieu. When you leave, the bins must be taken down to the dedicated room at the bottom of the building opposite the elevator, the dishes must be washed and put away. Looking forward to welcoming you !
