-Living room with fireplace which opens onto a large south-facing terrace
-Access to 1.100m2 garden. At the end of the garden you can find a portal giving access to the lake a few blocks away
-Gorgeous dining room adjoining the kitchen and opening onto second terrace
-Semi-professional fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, wok, American fridge, espresso machine, electric oven, grill, steam oven, electric salamander, plates (gas and induction)
-1 double bedroom with 160x200 bed and bathroom with shower/tub, sink, and WC

On the Garden:

-1 Twin bedroom with two single beds (each 80x200cm) which can be joined to a double berth. Direct access to the garden through glass door
-Second twin bedroom (also with direct access to the garden through glass doors) equipped with two single beds (80x200cm) which can be put together for a double bed,
-1 room "dormitory" with direct access to the garden equipped with 2 bunk beds or 4 single beds 90x190cm. (Please note that adults can not sleep on the upper floors of these beds)
-1 bathroom with tub/shower and double sink
-1 separate WC
-1 sauna and a walk-in shower
-Laundry: washer and dryer

Upstairs :

-1 master bedroom with double bed (160x200), balcony, and lake view
-1 ensuite bathroom with separate toilet, walk-in shower, and tub (this room features particularly mesmerizing views of the lake and Duingt castle)
-2 twin bedrooms, each with two single beds (80x200cm) can be joined to a double berth
-1 TV room with double sofa bed
-Independent WC

Talloires is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful villages in all of France, exuding thousands of stories and legends. It features an exceptionally scenic bay as well as an authentic marina- both within walking distance from the beach. Talloires is happily nestled between lake and mountains boasting regional treasures including the famous Angon waterfall. Nearby, many activities can be practiced:

In Summer:
-Cycling (bike path accessible from the SHORE now allows you to go around the lake); you can also try the steps of the Tour de France which passes close to the apartment next summer (July 22) ...
-Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: the Cascade Angon (5mins), the Hermitage, the teeth Lanfon)
-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our partner Talloires: Jean-Louis Fontaine)
-Paragliding: you'll have the opportunity to see the Montmin take off or land on the basis of Talloires nearby: Guaranteed daily show!
-The average mountain walks from Montmin (15mins), Mont Veyrier (10mins), the Parmelan or Clusaz (20mins)
-Summer sledging from the resort of La Clusaz
-An adventure park in Talloires (10mins) or Tamie (40mns)

In Winter:
-Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort of Montmin nearby
