Ideally located on the very heights of Sevrier, this very beautiful house entirely redone in 2017 . Breathtaking view on Lake Annecy and a very beautiful heated swimming pool implanted in a charming and spacious garden.

Swimming pool heated (from 23° to 25° max) open from May 8th til september 15th.

The house is located at 10 mn walk from the port of Sévrier near many sports activities: sailing club, kayak, tennis, scuba diving, rowing, bike path, pedal boat rentals, boats, ...

Close to several groceries and shops such bakery, supermarket, caterer, post office, bank, pharmacy ...
The ground floor shower is accessible for handicap people.

The beautiful living room is open tfrom door to door on the garden and the shaded terrace.
A fireplace installed in the cozy space between the kitchen and the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with an american fridge, 3 gas stoves all the appliances expected.
In the basement a laundry room with a second fridge and a washing machine and dryer.

The house has 5 bedrooms including two on the ground floor spacious and bright. Both are equipped with a double bed of 160x200cm. They share a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. Separate WC.

On the floor, 3 rooms under the roofs of which 2 TWIN (2x90x200cm) and a double (160x200cm).
These rooms are accessible from a charming lounge with kitchenette opening onto a terrace.
An office space is also available.
These 3 rooms share a bathroom equipped with a small bath-tub, a washbasin and a shower. Separate WC.
