Located in St Jorioz, a few steps from the beach and Lake Annecy, these two contemporary houses are attached by the garden.
They offer a unique capacity of 8 bedrooms and 16 beds as well as 4 fully equipped bathrooms.
Quiet situation nestled in a residential dead end of some houses built last year.

The careful decoration of these spacious and luminous houses is enhanced by a very pleasant gas fireplace offering a cosy spirit that is much appreciated. A fireplace in every living room!

Spread over 2 levels, each of the houses has a surface area of 115m2 and can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Each one will find its own space.
2 bathrooms are at the disposal of the guests, one of which has a bathtub. The other with shower.

The 800 sq.m landscaped garden is enclosed and surrounds each house.
It is possible to eat all together on the outside tables, but inside it will not be possible to hold 16 on the same dining table. The spacious lounges, on the other hand, make it easy to organize buffets.

The houses are located 200m from Lake Annecy, 400m from the centre of the village and the shops. The bicycle path around the lake is also only a few meters away.

La Maison du Port is composed as follows:

Garden floor:
- Spacious living room with TV lounge area (connected TV, Netflix, Youtube...), gas fireplace and dining area that can accommodate 8 people. The whole being opened on the terrace and the garden by large glass openings thus offering much light. Direct access to the wooden terrace, with a superb exterior with pleasant garden furniture and plancha. Very nice view of the mountains, sunshine ++.
- American kitchen fully equipped (fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster ...) Back kitchen equipped with a laundry room (washing machine)
- Separate WC

On the floor :
- 3 double bedrooms equipped with bed 160x200cm of which one room with balcony
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200cm) that can be joined together
- 2 bathrooms with shower and sink + bathtub in one of the bathrooms.

- summer tobogganing from the Semnoz station
- an adventure park in Talloires (20mns) or Tamié (35mns)

In Winter:

- cross-country skiing, downhill skiing or tobogganing from the family resort of Semnoz (20mns), possibility to rent equipment from our partner in Sevrier (5mns)
- cross-country or downhill skiing can also be practised in La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns); Les Saisies (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (about 1 hour).
- snowshoe walks from Semnoz

About Saint-Jorioz...

The village of Saint-Jorioz benefits from a privileged location on the shores of Lake Annecy: crossed by the cycle track, it stretches out over the heights to the beginnings of the Bauges massif.

It is certainly because of this much appreciated situation that it is the most populated village on the shores of the lake benefiting from a good amount of sunshine but also from all the shops and useful services: supermarkets, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, caterers without forgetting the medical and para-medical professions in large numbers.

There are many activities on offer both in winter and summer: sailing, tennis, rollerblading, badminton, beach tennis, hiking, cycling..., but also a sports centre with balneotherapy with ultra-recent equipment....

In winter the ski resorts of La Clusaz du Grand-Bornand are 40mns away. The family resort of Le Semnoz is only 20mns away.

A village in perpetual change where it is obviously good to live and stay.
