Welcome to Saint-Jorioz!

Ideal for holidays with family or friends, this quad house is very well equipped and enjoys an excellent location.
Quietly located on the heights of Saint-Jorioz, 9km from Annecy, this terraced house is close to all amenities: within a radius of one kilometer you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cheese shops, restaurants...
On the ground floor are a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a terrace with electric grill, garden furniture and two sunbeds.
The floor consists of a bedroom with a large balcony, and a bathroom.
On the next level you will find a bedroom with a large velux, as well as a warm and friendly living room with a beautiful brightness.
Finally, the third bedroom is on the 3rd floor in an open mezzanine and under the roofs that dominates the living room.

The three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed 160x200 (King Size) and storage.
The house is equipped with internet and two TV (ground floor and living room)
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Non-smoking home, and pets are not allowed.

Arrivals are between 4pm and 9pm, possibility to arrive earlier if the house is free. In case of late arrival (after 9pm) an additional €20 will be given to your concierge.
Departures are at 10:00 maximum.

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
