Situated in a charming village on the edge of Lake Annecy, Villa Le Cep sleeps 12 guests in five bedrooms with four bathrooms.
A comfortable living room invites you to relax on the corner sofa, where you can watch television or read a book from the library. The woodburning stove makes for a cosy atmosphere on chilly winter evenings. A large dining table overlooks the terrace, but in good weather, you can enjoy your meals at the outdoor table.
The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar where you can grab a snack or enjoy a chat while preparing meals.
There’s a bedroom on this floor with an en-suite shower room. This room can be arranged with a double bed or two single beds.
There are two more double bedrooms on the floor, which share a shower room and separate toilet. One of these bedrooms has a desk for remote working, while the other has a private terrace furnished with armchairs and a sofa. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a dormitory with four single beds on the top floor, as well as a master suite with a double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. This floor also has a second bathroom with bath and toilet, making it perfect for a family with children.
Two cars can be parked outside Villa Le Cep.
