Exceptional 19th century historic villa for 15 people. Built in 1842, in a green setting with a huge terrace overlooking the lake and the town. Absolute peace and quiet, you will appreciate the "family home" aspect.
The Villa is very well maintained despite the weight of the years of a rare and historic Haut Savoyarde residence.
The exceptional view over the estate and the meadows as well as Lake Annecy and the mountains surrounding it will be a delight and a great privilege.
