Imagine a hectare of land on the sunnier side of Lake Annecy, a particularly well-preserved historic building from the 1700s, a private beach… truly a hidden treasure, in which the owner has created “Le Studio des Sources”.
Here the luxury lies in the space, the babbling spring that flows down into the big pond, and the secluded location, where you can get away from it all and enjoy the delights of a private beach.
Not to mention the sense of une conciergerie that will sweep over you as you recline on a deckchair by the lake and gaze at the mountains all around you.
The modern layout, high level of comfort, décor and hightech features (flat screen TV, free internet) will ensure that you feel like a very privileged guest.
“Le Studio des Sources” for 2 to 3 people is located just 1 kilometre from the village of Veyrier du Lac and its amenities (restaurants, supermarket, bakeries, etc.), 6 kilometres from Annecy and 45 kilometres from Geneva, at the heart of the French Alps.
For sports fans, our house is conveniently located for all activities: sailing, water-skiing, wakeboarding, diving, golf, riding, summer luge, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, karting…
In the winter season, you can reach superb ski resorts like Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz (Annecy Ski Resorts) in only 30 minutes. You can practise Alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobile, dog sled rides…
