This charming apartment, situated on the 2nd and top floor of the quiet residence "Les Marroniers de Filly", is perfect for a romantic getaway or a stay for a couple with a child.

You’ll love the proximity to shops and Lake Annecy, as well as the apartment’s ideal location for walking excursions. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, especially La Tournette.

The property "Le Cosy Berlet" includes:

- A lovely living area with a lounge corner featuring a sofa bed (ideal for one person) and a smart TV.
- Dining area with mountain views.
- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a spacious countertop and all the essentials.
- Access to an east-facing balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise while sipping coffee on the furnished balcony.
- Double bedroom (160x200) with storage closets and a TV.
- Bathroom with a shower, sink, and washing machine.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), dish towels, bath mats, and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, sponge, rolls of toilet paper per WC) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide a baby cot (travel cot type) and a high chair on request free of charge.

Cross-country skiing or sledging in the family ski resort of the Semnoz (20mns), possibility to rent the ski equipment in our partners shop in Sévrier (5mns away)
- Cross-country or skiing is also possible in the famous ski resort around Annecy, as La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns), Les Saisies (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (1 hour).
- Snowshoe tours on the Semnoz

About Saint-Jorioz....

The village of Saint-Jorioz enjoys a privileged location on the edge of the Lake Annecy, crossed by the bike path and close to the highs of the Massif des Bauges. In the winter, the ski resorts of La Clusaz and le Grand Bornand are just 40min away. The family resort of le Semnoz is about 20min from the house.

Certainly, because of its stellar location, Saint-Jorioz has the biggest population among all villages around the lake. You will find all the necessary shops and services such as supermarkets, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, traiteur but also doctors, dentists, and therapists.

Many activities are available both in the winter and summer seasons : sailing, tennis, roller skating, badminton, beach tennis, hiking, and cycling, as well as a fitness center with spa ultra-modern equipment ...
