Superficy : 32m2 + same area for the terrace which is fully equipped with garden furniture, gaz barbecue, sun beds to take the best advantage of the beautiful mountains view. Small lake view really nice as well. The area is really quiet.
The Beauséjour residence is made of several apartments (about ten) all occupied by their owners.
The residence is located a few hundred meters from the lake and the village center of Saint- Jorioz where you can find all the expected amenities ( supermarket, bank, bakery, newsagent, pharmacy , post office, local market on thursday morning ... ) .

One bedroom with 2 single bed to make a queensize bed if needed.
Direct access to the terrace from the bedroom.
One living area with terrass access, kitchenette
One bathroom : sink - shower and WC

This apartment is located on the second floor, no elevator. Private parking. Secured bike garage.

In winter :

-Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort Semnoz (20mins), rental equipment in Sevrier (5mins)
-The cross country can also be practiced in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns); les Saisies (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (about 1 hour)

About Saint-Jorioz....

The village of Saint-Jorioz enjoys a privileged location on the edge of the Lake Annecy, crossed by the bike path and close to the highs of the Massif des Bauges. In the winter, the ski resorts of La Clusaz and le Grand Bornand are just 40min away. The family resort of le Semnoz is about 20min from the house.

Certainly, because of its stellar location, Saint-Jorioz has the biggest population among all villages around the lake. You will find all the necessary shops and services such as supermarkets, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, traiteur but also doctors, dentists, and therapists.
