About Bredannaz ...

This village set on the western shore of Lake Annecy deserves its name of "Pearl of the Lake".
Adjoining Duingt and Doussard, the hamlet of Bredannaz extends from the lake to the mountains. The cycle path connecting Annecy to Ugine crosses the village and allows easy cycling between the villages along the lake. It also allows a complete tour of Lake Annecy.
Many activities are practiced nearby: water sports in summer (Wake Board, water skiing, Kayaking, hiking...); nearby outdoor activities in winter (snowshoe hiking at Semnoz (20 mins), alpine skiing at Les Saisies (40 mins) or in the 3 Valleys ski resorts (about 1 hour))...
Several shops are located in Duingt, a few hundred metres away and accessible by the cycle path: the "best baker on the lake shores", a tobacco-press shop, a supermarket open 7/7 (SPAR), very good restaurants in particular.
