This 50m² apartment is composed of: - 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed 140x200, and another bedroom with 2 single beds, - a bathroom - an equipped kitchen: microwave, kettle, toaster, traditional oven, fridge... -a living room with TV and Wifi Bathroom linen will be provided for your stay. Parking in the property. 10 minutes by car from Annecy, enjoy the left bank of the lake and its magnificent landscapes of the lake and the mountains overlooking it. Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake). Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Beyond 9 p.m., if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be requested. If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken over the same evening.
