A peaceful pied-a-terre in a residential neighborhood, very well located just 300m away from Lake Annecy, the lovely Albigny beach and a variety of local shops. The Annecy town center is only a 5min drive away. The apartment is modern, well laid out and perfect solution for accommodating 4 to 6 people: the two comfortable bedrooms share a bathroom, while the study has sofa that can be converted into a double bed. The large living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a warm and welcoming living room. Its large bay window opens on to a beautiful balcony that provides the apartment with lots of natural light. Layout:

The apartment is located in the quiet, green setting of a residential neighborbood in Annecy-le-Vieux. As far as practical matters go, you’ll find several supermarkets and convenience stores just
a stone’s throw away. Plus the Lake Annecy waterfront, the iconic Casino Imperial and the delightful Albigny beach, where you can have a great time swimming, are only 300m down the road! The Annecy town center, known for its rich architectural heritage, its boutiques and fine Savoyard restaurants, is easily accessible by car (5min), bus (10min), or on foot (20min) by walking along the lakeside. Outdoor activities take pride of place in Annecy, both on the mountainside and lakefront: boating and sailing, beaches and swimming, beautiful bike rides; hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, canyoning, and more. In the winter, you can access the Hautes Alpes closest ski resorts without hassle or stress. The attractive, family-friendly Semnoz resort town, for example, is only 40min away from Annecy by car.
